LIFESIGNS Team Member: Wing Woo

I, Accounts Payable specialist, work for processing Interpreter invoices and billing for 25 years. 
 
In 1986 – 1988, I studied Graphic Design at CSUN briefly and switched studies to Pasadena City College, majoring in Mechanical Drafting. I took up some computer classes at Goodwill Industries.
 I was born Deaf and learned ASL at age 14.
 
So interesting to learn about deaf history.. 44 B.C.: Quintus Pedius is the earliest deaf person in recorded history known by name.

So proud of my son who knows ASL more he is CODA.

Workshop/CEU Opportunity:

  • CASLI Generalist Knowledge Exam: Fundamentals of Interpreting and Ethics
This workshop is intended for both Deaf and Hearing candidates preparing to take the Generalist Knowledge Exam that includes the Fundamentals of Interpreting and Ethics portions.
