Planning for Tax Time: It isn’t over!

Arlene Narvaez will present about tax prep and professionalism. If you have questions like:
-What are the tax implications of being an independent contractor?
-What are allowable business expenses?
-How do I track expenses, and how do they affect my tax liability?
-What is a DBA, and why may I want to get this for my work?
-How do I stay current with the IRS?
Come join us and learn about all of these things and more!

This workshop will be on April 29, 2017 from 9AM to 1PM at GLAD, Inc. (2222 Laverna Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90041) and will count as 0.4 GS CEUs. The fee to pre-register is $40 by April 24, 2017. After April 24, 2017, the fee will increase to $45. Arlene Narvaez has B.S. in Finance and is a CA Registered Tax Preparer. She is also trilingual interpreter, community, VRS, VRI interpreter, as well as national and regional workshop presenter.
